Parker Lane offers two kinds of green loans depending on the loan tenure. Let us list down the features of both the loans.
Loan Amounts: Unsecured loans are those loans for which you do not need to mortgage any property.
Repayment Tenure: Customers can choose to repay the loan amount anywhere between 1 to 10 years with the repayment amount that suits them.
Additional repayments & Early Termination: Customers can choose to repay additional repayment amounts and clear off the loan at no additional cost. Customers can choose to repay the loan early without attracting any penalty.
Redraw: Redraw is the facility where you as a customer can choose to draw the additional amount paid when you need it.

Eligibility Criteria
Parker Lane formulates a set of eligibility criteria for customers to express their interest to apply for Parker Lane Green loan
1.Be over 18 years of age
2.Be an Australian resident, Citizen or have an approved working visa
3.Have a regular income
4.Are not bankrupt
5.Good credit history with no defaults on any loans, credit cards, Interest free finance or store cards in the last 5 years
6.Have been in your current job for more than 6 months
Documentation required to apply
1.Your personal details such as your current and previous address, phone number and email address
2.Documentation of your income (Current)
3.Documentation of employment (Current)
4.Details of assets if any (e.g. home, car, or savings) (Current)
5.Details of debts (mortgages, loans, and credit cards) (Current)
